Certificate of Administrative Dissolution
If the entity has not filed the annual report by the last date for correcting the grounds on the notice of administrative dissolution, the entity is administratively dissolved. The corporation or limited liability company was either served by this Department with a notice of determination of grounds for administrative dissolution, but has failed, within the time set by such notice, to correct the stated grounds for administrative dissolution or to satisfy the Department that such grounds do not exist.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to sec. 178.09032(2)(b), sec. 179.0811(3)(b), sec. 180.1421(2)(b), sec. 181.1421(4)(b) or sec. 183.0708(3)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the entities listed herewith are administratively dissolved on the grounds that it has not paid the annual report fee due the Department within one year after it was due; or has not delivered to the Department, within one year after it was due, its annual report in condition acceptable for filing, or both.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF DISSOLUTION: October 26, 2025
