You should have received a notice from our department with instructions to access and submit your annual report filing. Enter the entity name or ID number shown on the notice you received to begin your annual report.

Enter Corp/LLC ID or Name Note: Every entity ID number contains one letter and six numbers. Be careful to enter 0 (zero) as a number.
